when the longing sets in

the missing arrives
Remember you are not walking away from someone else
you are walking towards yourselfWhen you are not sure where you belong
when you are not even sure where to start seeking

the way the trees belong to the earth
and water belongs to a rainy sky
and the moon belongs to the night
remember that you are
earth and water
flesh and bones and stardust
you belong everywhere you are
